Company history

Abenteuer and Conferencing Consultants was founded in 2005.Trading as ACC Africa Hospitality Procurement.

Having extensive experience in the Corporate environment in Sales, Marketing, training and event planning and coordinating for 12 years and subsequently 5 years in Destination Marketing. This experience has given us the opportunity to personally visit and experience many venues as well as having a database on service providers in the Tourism and Hospitality industry, completing, with distinction, an Event Management Diploma and Housekeeping Management in 2003 Based on the above foundation of experience we started the Hospitality Procurement  company in 2005, the business has grown from supplying various products to local hospitality venues, as well supplying corporate clothing, promotional items and gifts to a National client base and eventually supplying to countries beyond our borders such as Botswana, Zambia, Mozambique, Uganda, Namibia, Mozambique and Malawi and recently we exported to Zimbabwe a couple of orders for bedding, linen and corporate clothing, which required Bureau Veritas verification, for which we successfully acquired a COC (Certificate of Compliance) on our client’s behalf after following the correct procedures.

Our business is made up of two divisions, Corporate Clothing and Gifts as well as Hospitality Procurement.

Our client base consists of any business in the corporate world that require corporate clothing, gifts, promotional products, handouts at Trade Shows or products for yearend functions as well as Hotels, Guest Houses, B & B’s who require products necessary for their venue..

As a reseller of BARRON products and other well-known brands we ensure that our client’s brands are professionally portrayed in the market place by supplying quality, branded products to the industry.

We have offered our service, advice and experience in assisting many startup venues with the basic requirements required to setup a guesthouse or Bed and Breakfast with the high standard of products required for the industry as well as providing an efficient service for branded, quality products to our corporate clients.
